Make a lucrative living while serving others.
At the Aging Strategist Coaching Academy (ASCA), we prepare coaches to guide families through the complexities of aging with confidence, compassion, and clarity. Our program, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is the first of its kind focused entirely on proactive aging care planning and family dynamics.

For those who want to follow Care Right Inc.’s service model, ASCA provides the ideal training ground—offering tools, structure, and a proven approach that mirrors the successful methods used by Care Right to support families across the nation.

Through a true coach approach, ASCA students are mentored and supervised using the same coaching methods they will apply with future clients. Each student is paired with an experienced ASCA mentor or coach to ensure they meet both ICF and ASCA standards.

About the Aging Strategist Coaching Academy (ASCA)
The Aging Strategist Coaching Academy (ASCA) was founded by Annalee Kruger, a nationally recognized aging expert with over 28 years of experience supporting families through caregiving, dementia progression, and long-term care planning. After decades of watching families struggle with aging-related crises—and seeing professionals unequipped to help—Annalee set out to change the landscape. ASCA was created to fill this critical gap: to train compassionate, highly skilled coaches who can proactively guide families through the aging journey with clarity, empathy, and confidence.

ASCA is the only coaching program that provides comprehensive training on the real-world issues families face—including family meetings, family dynamics, aging, caregiving, dementia, senior care costs and options, and end-of-life planning. This program goes far beyond theory, preparing coaches to lead families with sensitivity, structure, and purpose.

We are proud to uphold the highest standards set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Our curriculum is grounded in ICF’s Core Competencies and Code of Ethics, and every student receives personalized mentorship and supervision using the same coaching approach they will apply with clients. At ASCA, we don’t just certify coaches—we shape confident leaders in aging care planning.

Our Vision:
To elevate the way families experience aging by developing a new generation of highly trained, compassionate Aging Strategist Coaches who lead with expertise and integrity.

Our Mission:
To deliver world-class, ICF-aligned education that empowers coaches to support families through proactive aging planning, improved communication, and advocacy—transforming crisis into confidence, and overwhelm into peace of mind.
